ORDERS
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Once you have submitted your order, please allow 2 – 3 business days for processing before shipping. Once shipped, your order should arrive within 3 – 7 business days.
Can I cancel or make changes to my order?
Orders are entered into processing immediately once submitted and cannot be canceled or changed. Please contact customer service at customercare@powerboost.com with any questions and we will be happy to assist.
Do you ship to countries outside of the United States?
Currently, we ship within the United States including PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
RETURN AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns of new and undamaged POWERBOOST™ products purchased on Powerboost.com for a full refund or exchange within 60 days of original purchase. A refund will be issued to the original form of payment if the return is received and processed within 60 days of original purchase.
We only accept returns or exchanges of POWERBOOST™ products purchased from Powerboost.com. POWERBOOST™ products purchased from other retailers must be returned to the retailer.
Holiday Return Policy
For all orders delivered by December 25, 2022, enjoy our extended returns and exchanges through February 28, 2023.
How do I return my product?
To begin a return, please contact us here or call customer support at 1-833-204-2775 from 9:00am – 5:00 PST, Monday – Friday.
How long does it take to process a return?
Once the return item has been received, processing takes up to 7 business days.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
You should receive your refund within 3 – 5 days after your return is processed.
Can I return my order to another retailer?
Powerboost.com orders can only be returned to us.
Do you offer price adjustments?
We do not offer price adjustments.
