I have been using the Sharper Image Powerboost Deep Tissue Massager and I really like it. I was leery about getting one of these massagers, but I’m glad I did. It has six different speeds so you can find the one that’s right for you. It also has five attachments to target the area you want. This is a good quality massager that is very quiet. It lasts a long time on a charge. The case it comes in is very nice and everything fits inside.

It came in a nice flip top open box, a very good high quality carrying/storing case. I do love the case, and the little container that holds all of the attachments. That a lone has made it very easy for me to keep everything together and for me to take with me on the go. Now it comes with a variety of attachments for any need you may have. I played around with them and realized I will be using them all for different purposes. The battery last a very long time on a charge. This Looked great on paper. Unfortunately, it left me very disappointed. Shape reminds me of my cordless drill. Awkward design for a massager, too heavy causing hand fatigue that makes it hard to control. Works like Jackhammer. Attachments pop off unless inserted carefully and firmly. You can tell that when plastic ring that holds attachments in place wears down, the attachments won’t stay on anymore. Very heavy and awkward to use as a massager. Too strong even on low setting (due to jack hammer effect). You can try to go lightly over body surfaces, but then it gets so heavy as your hand gets tired causing you to rest it on the areas to be massaged, but then it jackhammers and makes the person jump (ruining the “relax” concept). When giving a back massage to my wife, I have to apply minimal pressure and also have to keep lifting it when I get near any bones or spine as it really jolts and hurts. I am returning it and ordering a “soft massager”. Hopefully that will perform better. Now I see why it’s called Powerboost Deep Tissue Massager. If that’s what you need this will do the job. But if you want a relaxing, stress relieving, luxurious and restful massage, then this is not for you.

This device has given me relief that I have not been able to get in any other way including, medication, massage and heating pads. I highly recommend this device. The individual heads work miracles on the different muscle groups. Read through the manual as to which heads work best on which muscle groups. You’ll be as pleasantly surprised and satisfied as I am. I purchased one for my husband and one for my MIL. I tested this puppy out and let me tell you. The low setting is all you need. The high setting vibrates your soul and I am pretty sure realigned my spine in a good way. I do not recommend putting this above the shoulders though as when I did my eyes shook however if you have really deep pain then the high setting might be what you need. This little thing packs a punch and that was right out of the box without charging. The different heads change the pressure/feeling of the massager and are awesome. The only real downside is I have carpal tunnel and after a few minutes the vibration makes my hand go numb. But I can live with that.

The lowest setting is too high for back or muscles, there seems to be no low on this product. The “easiest” setting plus the lightest attachment are still jarring on your bones. Would be nice to have a setting that just buzzed rather than vibrates. Neither my husband or myself can handle it and our muscles really needed this. Not recommended, there must be something gentler out there. This is for giants or industrial use.

I just can’t say enough about the “Massager Deep Tissue Percussion with Case”. I have been using this everyday for a week. I pull muscles in my back at work a lot. Not because I’m not lifting right, it’s the tight areas and the contorted positions of pulling crates. I wish I had this massage a couple weeks ago when I had to go to the Doctors and get a shot to finish out my day at work.The next day it was worse and had to purchase a back brace. I have been to pain management and received different treatments from pressure point to being stretched to ease the tension in my back. One thing they could not do was crack my back and for years my back has not been cracked. I use the Massager up and down my spine after long days on my feet and heavy lifting. The four different attachments are amazing and each do a very different job, effectively massaging different areas with different intensities. The battery lasts a long time. This massager goes deep and not much power is needed. Even the lower levels are pretty efficient. I found the higher levels to be too much. Someone with very sore muscles or who isn’t able to lift much weight easily might have difficulty operating this product. There are 5 different attachments that are useful for different areas. My favorite is the attachment shaped like a u. It is able to reach deep into the tissue around my sore joints and at the base of my skull and neck. It takes some getting used to as it is almost like a painful tickle. My muscles are always tight and sore. This is especially true after a good amount of exercise. I feel this really does help to relieve that and loosen those muscles. I find the most relief and benefit on my quads and hamstrings. Those get so tight they cause me sciatica pain periodically and this thing really helped get in deep and loosen them up. This product is VERY well designed and well made. The construction and packaging makes it look far more expensive than it is. Everything is packaged beautifully into a very nice, zippered carrying case with molds inside to hold the base, the charger, and the small zippered case for the attachments. The item comes fully charged, which is very nice. There is a small book included that gives a basic description of how to use each attachment. I do wish this was more descriptive. The base itself is very heavy, almost too heavy to use on yourself if you’re reaching or stretching to reach. I have used all of the attachment ms and the only one that I dont find useful is the flat, rounded one. It just doesnt seem right do much for me. The motor and piston is amazing. It feels like the heavy duty machine that chiropractors use, but at a fraction of the price. It’s very powerful, even on the first setting. The 3rd setting is too much for me, but it’s perfect for someone who really enjoys deep tissue massage. The battery life leaves you less impressed. The initial charge (out of the box) lasted about 40 minutes. After the first full charge it lasted around 1.5 hours. I will charge this every time I use it to ensure it doesnt field in the middle of use. Overall I love the quality and construction. Very good value!

The Sharper Image – Massager Deep Tissue Percussion with Case is absolutely amazing! I am genuinely in love with this product. I suffer with a chronic injury that I require pain medication and injections for. Since I have received my massager I have been putting it to good use! With the help of the massager my pain medication use has gone down. The device is very quiet. I have even been able to us it in bed, with my husband asleep and not disturb him at all. The carrying case is stylish and convenient. With my chronic injury I like to bring my massager with me if I am going somewhere ( car travel irritates my injury ). My teen daughter participates in several sports. She has truly benefited from using this massager! I would highly recommend getting one!

From unboxing to operating this Sharper Image Deep tissue percussion massager was simple. The instructions that included pictures were brief and extremely user friendly. I used the ball attachment first on the designated areas specified in the directions. I felt immediate relief as my muscles are extremely tight, when accompanied with stretching this has made my body feel more relaxed. There are 3 speeds definitely start off slow to get an idea of how much pressure you need to apply. The travel case is a bonus when your wanting to use it post workout/ run.

I have been looking for a handheld massager for a while and this one is great! The carrying case that it comes with is so nice and sturdy. It can be taken on the go or just used at home and put away neatly. It comes with 5 attachments that are easily interchangeable. It also offers 3 intensity levels depending on what you neee. It has an easy to read instruction pamphlet to help you choose which attachment and body part to use on. I tend to have alot of tense and sore areas and this helps to relieve it. I cannot stop telling everyone I know how great this massage gun is. I own an older massage gun that performed nearly as well as this one but it was so loud and noisy that it literally made using it unbearable. This one from Sharper Image is ultra quiet yet really effective.I get tension headaches and neckaches that this gun can eliminate in no time at all. It has a really nice zippered carry case to keep it all organized in, includes several different types of massage head tips to choose between, its ultra quiet, and has excellent battery life. I am in love with mine.

Seriously where has this been my whole life? I have been an avid gym goer since I was a teen and hated those sore days after an intense workout. I love getting massages but it was not economical to get them as much as I needed. This is almost better than a human massage. It gets so deep and you can easily target areas that need work using the various tools. This has cut my recovery time in at least half. The tool is super easy to use and very well made! I am so excited to have this product in my life!

I sustained an injury to my low back and have had slow/perpetual pain ever since. Stretches and exercise help but there are times I need a massage. That is when I turn to this portable massager. There are multiple attachments to work on different areas of your body, but I end up using just one. I’ve used it for a week now and it doesn’t need constant charging, perhaps every 2-3 days depending on how much you use it. It is also quiet when operating. I would highly recommend this.

I received this massager a few days ago. I myself have back issues and this thing is great. There are so many attachment heads to work different areas of the body. I absolutely love this massager. It comes with multiple, interchangeable heads. Each one can be used to target a specific muscle or area of the body. I suffer from low back pain and this deep tissue massager works out all the tightness after a long day at work. It is powerful and completely massages the muscles at a deep therapeutic level. I have not had to use pain relief creams since using this. There are 5 attachments that you simply slide on and off – Ball, Flat, Fork, Bar and Cone. The included guide shows which attachment works best for different areas of the body. It also has 3 intensity levels which is great because different muscle groups need more or less intensity so this is highly customizable depending on your needs. It runs surprisingly very quiet for the amount of power that it has. One full battery charge has lasted me several sessions without needing to be recharged. Glad I got this. This is one powerful massager. It comes with a few detachable heads. Lasts about 4 hours on the battery on full charge. Comes with a carrying case to hold everything which is convenient. Great for sore muscles which i have often from the work i do. This has worked wonders on solving that problem.
